Head of State Office Krstičević attended the ceremony marking the 22. anniversary of the founding of the Democratic Alliance of Croats in Vojvodina
Daria Krsticevic, Head of the State Office for Croats abroad attended, as high representative of the Prime Minister, the ceremony marking the 22nd anniversary of the founding of the Democratic Alliance of Croats in Vojvodina - the only parliamentary party of the Croatian minority in Serbia.
On this occasion, Head Krstičević reminded that the Constituent Assembly of Democratic Alliance of Croats in Vojvodina , mid-1990th marked the beginnings of political organization of Croats in Vojvodina:
"Long disputed issue of political representation of the Croatian minority in Vojvodina countered by Croats united efforts to achieve their own political representation. In that time, there was a significant political organizing minority community as one of the first steps in creating a legal status as a national minority in Serbia. I want to accentuate that the Croatian Government and the State Office which I headed, will continuing, but also improving the activities and care to improve the position of Croats in Serbia. It is ours, not only constitutional, but also a moral obligation".
During her two-day visit to Subotica, Head Krstičević, visited the Croatian National Council, and attended opening exhibition "The Poetics of fragile beauty straw" at the 27th Assembly of the Colony in slamarki Tavankut.
